The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) will offer free black lung screenings throughout southern West Virginia this week, visiting Nicholas, Fayette, and Raleigh counties. The mobile testing unit will be in Nicholas County on Tuesday, March 17, at the Summersville Hampton Inn at 5400 W. Webster Road from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The unit travels to Fayette County on Wednesday, March 18, and Thursday, March 19, set up at New River Health's association black lung clinic. The Oak Hill screenings will take place from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm on Thursday. Finally, the unit will be on site at the Women's Expo in Beckley on Friday, March 20, and Saturday, March 21, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on both days. #NicholasCounty #FayetteCounty #RaleighCounty #WOAY
