GasBuddy survey reports declining gas prices ahead of Independence Day
According to GasBuddy, the average price for a gallon of regular gas in West Virginia dropped 8.2 cents over the past week to $3.75.
The cheapest gas reported in the state was $3.11 a gallon, while the highest was $4.29.
