GasBuddy reports rising gas prices this week
According to GasBuddy, average gas prices in West Virginia have risen nearly four cents in the last week, now averaging $3.91 per gallon.
That's nearly 13 cents higher than a month ago and more than 83 cents higher than this time last year.
The cheapest gas in the state was listed at $3.47 per gallon, while the highest price was $4.21.
