Nicholas County (WOAY) Foodies, prepare your utensils! WV Grown will host a Food Crawl Event Series in Nicholas County, kicking off on Saturday, July 11.
Every weekend through August 29, food lovers are invited to take a culinary journey through the county’s local eateries and cafes to support farmers, caterers, and producers.
The events provide the community with an opportunity to explore flavorful special menu items while supporting agriculture and businesses and boosting the county’s economy.
Attendees who visit a participating location and order a local menu item will earn a ticket to enter a special drawing for a Grand Prize Basket filled with locally made WV Grown favorites and swag.

August 22 – Chef Myra’s Catering at Fresh Start Market, Summersville
August 29 – Isaiah Morgan Distillery, Summersville
Throughout the crawl, restaurants will highlight locally sourced ingredients and share information about the farms and producers who supplied the food.
