WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Tonight will be partly cloudy, leading into the mix of rain, snow, and ice we will get tomorrow. Snow starts around 7am and quickly turns into ice and rain in most areas. Roads will be wet and slippery, although the cold will not set in yet. Sunday brings backend snow that will be dry ad powdery, dropping around 2″ in most places with more in the mountains.
Monday is the start of the dangerously cold Arctic Outbreak that will affect our area through most of next week, brining temperatures below zero overnight and high temperatures in the teens.
