Bluefield Area Transit and Graham Transit are collaborating to offer wheelchair security training to the public on Aug. 23.
The training will happen at the Bluefield Area Transit Building on John Nash Boulevard in Bluefield, West Virginia.
The refresher course looks to improve the safety and well-being of passengers and improve the service that both organizations provide.
Bluefield Area Transit operates routes in Mercer and McDowell counties, including regular and non-emergency pick-ups.
Graham Transit operates in Virginia.
