WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): A series of low pressures will bring sporadic rain through the end of the week.
RAINFALL: A widespread 1 inch of rainfall is expected through the end of the work week thanks to a couple of low pressure areas slated to push through the region. Tuesday afternoon and Friday afternoon stand the best chance for a gusty storm or two.
TEMPERATURES: Temperatures will continue to warm this week, with Thursday being the hottest and most humid with upper 80s. A cold front will bring relief for the second half of the weekend.
TROPICS: A likely developing tropical storm in the Atlantic will move towards the Bahamas, but the latest trends support the system staying too far east for any impacts to our area (next week).
