Tazewell, VA (WOAY) – The Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a Police Week Parade on May 15th, honoring officers who have died in the line of duty and celebrating those currently serving.
The parade begins at 6 p.m. on Main Street in the Town of Tazewell and ends at Tazewell High School, where a meet and greet with deputies and officers will follow.
Participating agencies include the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office, Tazewell Town Police, Bluefield Police, Richlands Police, Cedar Bluff Police, Virginia State Police, and others. School clubs from multiple schools are also expected to take part.
