Drier Today and Tomorrow; More Rain to Come

WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): After a couple of lingering showers this morning, the region will finally be dry but cooler for the next couple of days. We’ll also be breezy with winds up to 15 MPH and gusts from 25-30 MPH. Meteorologist Christian Boteler dives into the full forecast:

After the dry, mostly sunny period, rain will come back into the forecast Sunday afternoon and last through the rest of the extended forecast. The long weekend will have minimal chances with some showers at the most before the next low-pressure system blows through on Tuesday. Tuesday and Wednesday will be our consistently wet days before showers start to move out on Thursday.
