West Virginia (WOAY) Applications are now open for West Virginia’s 2026 antlerless deer and state park controlled lottery hunts.
The Division of Natural Resources says the limited-permit hunts help manage the state’s deer population while giving hunters access to select public lands and state parks.
Applications for antlerless deer lottery hunts are due by September 4, while state park hunt applications must be submitted by August 31.
Hunters can apply online through WVhunt.com, where they’ll also find information on eligibility, hunt dates, and licensing requirements.
