Beckley, WV (WOAY) The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office and organizational partners are continuing efforts to connect the community with local resources.
The next You Are Not Alone event is scheduled for May 30 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 pm at the Jan Care parking lot near 117 S. Fayette Street in Beckley.
The outreach is aimed at anyone struggling with substance abuse, mental health challenges, homelessness, or other hardships.
Organizers say peer specialists, volunteers, and representatives from multiple organizations will be available to connect people with resources on the spot, with no questions and no judgment.
The Sheriff’s Office thanks Robbie Johnson and the Jan-Care team for their continued support and for graciously allowing the outreach to use their parking lot to host the event.
