Wanye County, WV (WOAY) – A Wayne County voter has been sentenced for voter fraud in last year’s general election.
Richard Allen Chapman was convicted of casting an in-person ballot in Wayne County, West Virginia, and an absentee ballot in Florida.
Chapman pled no contest and was ordered to pay a two-hundred-and-fifty-dollar fine, plus court costs.
