(CNN)- More than 10,000 pounds of raw pork sausage and bologna are being pulled from store shelves and restaurant kitchens.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued two separate recall notices.
The first involves nearly 7500 pounds of raw pork sausage products from Baltimore-based ‘Impero Foods and Meats.’Â
The USDA says the meat was produced without federal inspection.Â
The second recall affects more than 3100 pounds of ready-to-eat pork and bologna products from ‘Ralph’s Packing Company.”Â
Authorities say the items are not labeled correctly and may contain milk, a known allergen.Â
