UPCOMING PATTERN: Temperatures will reach 50 degrees Thursday, low 60s on Friday and then we are staying in the 60s and 70s through late next week. The eastern trough will be replaced by a high pressure that promises dry weather through Monday. A modified Pacific front could squeeze out a sprinkle Tuesday and shower on Wednesday but in its wake, temperatures will stay above average. The pattern promises fewer aches and pains than normal for late October thanks to persistent high pressure.
