Summers Countee, WV (WOAY) – Deputies make arrest in alleged case of destruction of property.
According to a Facebook post from the Summers County Sheriff’s Department, on Tuesday September 23, 2025 36-year-old Ryan James of Lerona,WV has been arrested for allegedly destroying a blessing box.
Ryan James is facing multiple charges including:
-Leaving the scene of an accident
-Driving with a suspended license
-Contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
James appeared in before a magistrate and is free on a $3,300 personal recognizance bond.
