Mount Hope, WV (WOAY)—Multiple roads will be closed throughout Mount Hope from October 1 -3 as crews conduct railroad maintenance work projects.
The project will begin on Tuesday, October 1, at the Virginia Avenue crossing next to Mount Hope First Assembly of God Church.
The next closure of Red Star Road is at the crossing adjacent to Red Star and Thurmond Road on Wednesday, October 2.
The last closure will be at C&O Road next to 103 Colorado Street on Thursday, October 3.
All road closures will begin at 8:00 am and estimated to last 3 to 4 hours.
Roads will reopen as soon as the projects are complete.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may impact the project schedule.
