Beckley, WV (WOAY) – Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority (RCPRA) is looking to the future and is calling on experienced landscape architects and planning professionals to help lead the way.
The agency is accepting proposals to create a comprehensive Master Plan covering its nine locations, including the main office, seven established parks, and one in development.
The goal is to enhance recreational opportunities, expand park access, and plan for long-term community growth.
The proposal should cover everything from park usage and land planning to environmental health, recreation programming, and public input, all aimed at building a stronger, more inclusive park system.
The deadline to submit is Friday, July 11.
