Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) – A Kanawha County woman has entered a guilty plea in connection with a November 2024 DUI death.
34-year-old Keisha Miller pleaded guilty to DUI causing death in Kanawha County Circuit Court.

According to court documents, the incident took place on November 15, 2024, on Witcher Creek Road in the Belle area of Kanawha County.
Deputies were dispatched to a call involving a maroon SUV striking two pedestrians and leaving the scene.
During the investigation, deputies identified the driver of the SUV as Keisha Miller and later determined that she was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
Miller is scheduled to be sentenced on May 21, 2026, and faces a maximum penalty of at least 3 years to at most 15 years in prison.
