Raleigh County man urges car buyers to check for recalls on used vehicles before purchasing

Shady Spring, WV (WOAY)—A man in Shady Spring recently purchased a used vehicle on the Facebook marketplace. 

His story reminds us that even when all parties involved in a transaction have the best intentions, misfortune can still happen.
