Nestlé recalls some of its frozen Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine meals over a potential “wood-like material.”

West Virginia (CNN)- Nestlé is recalling some of its frozen Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine meals over a potential “wood-like material.”

The recalled meals are Lean Cuisine’s butternut squash ravioli, spinach artichoke ravioli, lemon garlic shrimp stir fry, and Stouffer’s party-size chicken lasagna.

The meals were distributed at major U.S. retailers between September 2024 and March 2025.

Nestlé USA says there was one potential choking incident related to one of the products.

You can return the meals to the store where they were bought for a replacement or refund.

Nestlé said it’s actively investigating the source of the wood-like material, and it is confident this is an isolated issue.
