Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – Nestle USA is voluntarily recalling some of its chocolate chip cookie dough.
The company reports two batches of the “break and bake” bar products potentially contain wood fragments.
The affected batch numbers, 311457531K and 311557534K were produced in April with sell-by dates of August 22 and October 23.
No illnesses or injuries have been reported.
Anyone who purchased the dough should return it for a replacement or refund.
Nestle is confident this is an isolated issue and apologizes for the inconvenience.
