St. Albans, WV (WOAY) – Governor Patrick Morrisey ceremonially signed two bills into law, directing $125 million toward infrastructure repair projects and strengthening work zone safety rules. The safety measure increases penalties for traffic offenses in work zones and allows Division of Highways trucks to use green flashing lights.
