Man, WV (WOAY)- Get ready to celebrate West Virginia Day with an off-road adventure!
The Hatfield-McCoy Trails are offering FREE trail access to all West Virginia residents on Friday, June 20.
Marketing Manager Chris Zeto says, “Come out and enjoy the beauty of our trails as we honor the Mountain State and the people who make it great. Just bring a valid West Virginia driver’s license or ID, and hit the trails on us!”
All standard Hatfield-McCoy Trails rules and regulations remain in effect, and Natural Resources Police Officers will be on patrol, checking for compliance.
These special West Virginia Day passes are only available on-site and only valid on June 20th.
They’re not available at local retailers.
Participating trailheads and welcome centers will be open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with select locations closing at 2:00 p.m.
