Charleston, WV (WOAY) A Fayette County man has been indicted on sexual assault and kidnapping charges in Kanawha County.
According to Charleston Police, on Thursday, March 5, a grand jury granted an indictment against 44-year-old Brian Steven Parker from Deep Water, WV.
The indictment includes eight counts of Second-Degree Sexual Assault and three counts of Kidnapping.
Parker’s arraignment is set for March 26.
If a jury convicts him, he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
