RANDOLPH Co. Va. (WSET) — Tuesday was a great day for law enforcement to see the manhunt reach a happy ending.
It was especially great for the deputy who got to carry baby Emma Grace Kennedy to safety.
The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office credits a tip to helping them find Carl Kennedy and Emma in a mobile home in Randleman North Carolina.
