Nicholas County, WV (WOAY) – State police told Newswatch that on Wednesday, April 15, Corporal E. E. Bostic investigated complaints made by two juveniles who alleged that they were sexually abused.
Following an investigation, police arrested 36-year-old Joshua Spencer of Summersville.
Spencer was arrested for sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian. He was arraigned at Nicholas County Magistrate Court, and bond was set for $100,000.
After not posting bail, he was transported to Central Regional Jail.
