WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): The top winners of the Chili cookoff were announced today and one of our own was a judge!
The Beckley Chili Cookoff brought hundreds to downtown on Saturday. Chief Meteorologist Chad Merrill was one of several judges who graded each chili on its appearance, aroma, taste and aftertaste.
