Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – A Charlton Heights man is facing domestic battery and kidnapping charges.
Fayette County Sheriff Jess McMullen reports that just after noon on February 16, deputies received a call reporting domestic battery in the Charlton Heights area.
Upon arrival, they discovered a woman with visible injuries who told deputies she had been held against her will in the basement of her husband’s residence.
She further reported to authorities she had been beaten repeatedly since Friday, February 14.
She was transported to a local medical center for treatment.
Deputies apprehended the male suspect without incident.
45-year-old Robert A. Hull has been charged with felony kidnapping and misdemeanor domestic battery.
