Beckley, WV (WOAY) Beckley ARH (BARH) invites the community to attend a free cooking class in honor of Colon Cancer Prevention Month.
BARH will host a free Nourish & Flourish Cooking Class on Tuesday, March 3, in the hospital’s gymnasium from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Chef Kayla will be hosting the class, which will feature a Build Your Own Charcuterie Board session.
Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
Organizers encourage colon cancer survivors to attend, as fresh whole foods play a powerful role in colon cancer prevention and support overall health.
