CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY) – Governor Justice has announced the modifications to the school re-entry protocol.
Counties with a population of less than 16,000 people, will now be calculated on a 14 day rolling average. Counties will more than 16,000 people will still be calculated on a 7 day rolling average.
Also, the new modifications call for face coverings for all students in grades 3 and above.
