Mount Hope, WV (WOAY)- We have an alert out of the Gene Spadaro Juvenile Center.
Authorities are searching for an escaped juvenile offender, identified as Elijah Manns.
He reportedly fled the facility between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Manns is described as a tall, slim African American teenager.
At the time of his escape, he was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and white shoes.
Officials say he may be injured and bleeding heavily.
If you see someone matching this description, do not approach and contact local authorities immediately.
