More wet weather is expected as we head into the upcoming week. Multiple chances of rain from Tuesday through Saturday are possible throughout our area. The one shown below is Christmas morning as the travel could be well underway around 6 AM. Most of the area could be seeing some shower activity lasting through the morning Christmas Day, I do not expect this to be a washout!

As we take a quick look at the 6-10 Day Temperature Outlook from Christmas day into December 29th. Most of the country will be sitting above average temperature wise. The only exception looks to be Maine. Temperatures across the center of the country could be 20+ degrees warmer than average.

Looking ahead to our 7 day forecast, you will see that shower activity pop up Tuesday and then from Thursday to Saturday. Most likely chances of rain does appear to be Tuesday and Thursday. Also Tuesday could have some light mixing of rain/snow/freezing rain mainly in the Greenbrier Valley early in the day.
