Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority announces Red, White, and Boom fireworks celebration will now take place on July 25 during annual Beach Blast

Beckley, WV (WOAY) The Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority has announced a new date for its Red, White, and Boom! fireworks celebration. 

The celebration was originally scheduled for Sunday, July 5, but was cancelled due to the weather.

The event will now take place Saturday, July 25, during the annual Beach Blast at Lake Stephens.

The beach, splash pad, and Aqua Park open at 2:00 p.m., with fireworks set to begin at 10:00 p.m. as part of the America 250 celebration.
