Princeton, WV (WOAY) Mercer County is ensuring that students are fed and properly nourished during summer break, as the MCPS Express Food Truck & Friends pop-up will visit local neighborhoods beginning on June 22.
Kids can receive a free meal between 11:00 am and 12:30 p.m. and stick around for some summer fun.
During the events, children will have a chance to meet first responders, play yard games, connect with college representatives, access community resources, and more.
The scheduled events and locations include:
- June 22 & 29: Greater Mount Zion Pentecostal Church in Bluefield
- June 23 & 30: Straley School
- June 24 & July 1: Matoaka Fire Department
- June 25: Montcalm Fire Department
- June 26: East River Park
