Hinton, WV (WOAY) If you’re heading to Hinton for this year’s Railroad Days Festival, taking place October 9-11, officials remind drivers to plan for traffic changes.
Several roadways will be closed, and normal traffic patterns will be altered during the festival starting on Thursday, October 8.
Drivers are asked to use caution while traveling through uptown Hinton, where large crowds are expected.
If you’re traveling to Hinton on I-64 East, keep in mind Exit 139 remains closed because of construction.
Drivers will need to continue to Exit 143 and take Route 20 back toward Sandstone, or use White Oak Road to reach Hinton.
