Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – On Saturday, April 11th, Southern Appalachian Labor School is hosting monuments across Appalachian places as they present a commemorative workshop.
Monuments across Appalachian Places is based out of Virginia Tech and works to tell the stories of collective struggle by awarding grants to people who build monuments, although these don’t have to be monuments in the traditional sense.
