Kanwha County, WV (WOAY) – Governor Patrick Morrisey has appointed a new West Virginia Supreme Court Justice.
Gerald M. Titus the third, will take the seat, filling the vacancy left by Justice Tim Armstead, who passed away last August.
Titus will serve until the general election. He said he plans to run in that election to fill the rest of the term.
