Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – Two of the biggest issues complicating the Fayette County Commission’s deal with West Virginia American Water for the three Fayette County PSDs deal with public tax dollars benefiting a private corporation, and if a PSD can be sold without the district’s boards’ approval, as the board of Kanawha Falls PSD has consistently been against being sold.
