BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – West Virginia Supreme Court candidate Bill Schwartz donated masks to Beckley VA hospital healthcare workers.
Schwartz delivered over 300 masks to medical facilities across West Virginia such as St. Mary’s, Camden Clark, and Boone Memorial. Schwartz will continue to purchase and donate West Virginia-made masks to local hospitals over the next week.
“It has to be more than public-private citizens like me, going out getting supplies that are really needed for healthcare workers. I’m just one person, 200 to 300 masks aren’t going to fix it. But the city and the officials can fix it, maybe I’ll help inspire others as well,” said Schwartz.
