West Virginia (WOAY) – West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Bill Wooton is back in court following a health scare yesterday.
Wooton was taken to CAMC Memorial yesterday, treated for dehydration, and released that same day.
In a statement, Wooton said he was feeling under the weather but is doing much better.
He said in part, “I’m grateful for the swift action of my colleagues, court security and first responders who quickly came to my aid. After an evaluation at the hospital and influx of fluids, I’m happy to report that I am feeling much better today and have returned to work at the court.”
