Charleston, WV (WOAY)- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia (PSC) has officially closed one of its most high-profile cases.
The investigation into Suddenlink Communications, now operating as Optimum Communications, wrapped up on Wednesday.
The case began back in 2021, following widespread service complaints.
Now, after a three-year improvement plan, the PSC says the company has met all service-related requirements outlined in its previous orders.
In a 12-page order, the commission confirmed that Optimum has satisfied its obligations.
Still, it emphasized that it will continue to monitor the company to ensure safe, adequate, and reliable service moving forward.
