Charleston, WV (WOAY) West Virginia Public Broadcasting is currently off the air, and Capitol Market is opening a bit later than usual after a vehicle crash on the interstate left them both without power.
The outage is impacting WVPB’s radio and TV signal statewide.
As crews work to restore electricity, Capitol Market announces it will open at 1:00 pm.
