Summersville, WV (WOAY) – the US Army Corps of Engineers has volunteer positions available.
According to a post on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Summersville Lake Facebook page, the group has (NON-PAID) Volunteer positions to be filled starting May 1st -October 13th, 2025.
The applications are for single volunteers or groups to work a total of 24 hours per week. In exchange for work volunteers will be able to stay in your personal camper at a full hookup campsite provided by the United States Army Corps of Engineers free of charge.
