UPDATE: Runaway juveniles have been found safe

UPDATE: FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, all three runaway juveniles have been found safe.


FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) –¬†Fayette County Sheriff’s Department is attempting to locate runaways from the Beckwith area. Sheriff Mike Fridley released the following information regarding this incident.

Early this morning Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies were notified that four juveniles had run away from the New River Ranch facility in Beckwith. Two of the youth were male and two were female. Not long after they run off, one of them returned. All were last seen in pajamas.

Still at large are:

Katherine Barnett, female
5’7″
130 pounds
brown eyes
brown hair
15 years old

Carysma Dikty, female
5’3″
115 pounds
brown eyes
brown hair, shoulder length
16 years old

James Hash, male
5’8″
160 pounds
blue eyes
short blonde hair
18 years old
