Oak Hill, WV (WOAY)- If you travel along Route 19 regularly, you may have gotten used to seeing road cones and construction signs.
Some of these elements have been along the busy stretch of road since late August.
As tourist season picks up, Newswatch reporter Mike Teaney thought it’d be a great time to check up on the project and see how it’s going.
