ROCK, WV (WOAY) – A Mercer County man is recovering and his wife is in jail after a shooting in Rock today.
The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department responded to reports of a shooting on Cobra Lane. Deputies learned that the victim’s wife had shot him during a domestic fight.
Jessica Lilly now faces first-degree attempted murder, malicious wounding, and domestic battery.
She is currently being held in Southern Regional Jail on a $20,000 bond.
