West Virginia (WOAY)- Every year around this time, the National Park Service partners with local organizations such as the National Coal Heritage Area, Active Southern Western Virginia, West Virginia State Parks, National Parks Conservation Association, Explore Summers County, Tamarack Marketplace and visit Fayetteville.
They all band together to bring you an event that is truly unique to our part of southern West Virginia.
Hidden History Happenings is a month-long event that includes a variety of programs and styles of events meant to tell the story of our area.
