The Inaugural Lewisburg Flavor event kicks off on February 26

Greenbrier County, WV (WOAY) – Downtown Lewisburg is transforming into a foodie destination this month with the Inaugural Lewisburg Flavor event.

Running February 26 through March 8, the 11-day celebration goes far beyond a typical restaurant week, offering hands-on workshops, cooking demonstrations, and tastings throughout two full weekends.

Visitors can explore everything from cocktail classes and bourbon tastings to cookbook author presentations.

Local agricultural brands like Swift Level and Mountain Steer Beef will be featured alongside craft spirits from Smooth Rambler and Hawk Knob.

The festival wraps up on March 7 with the winter thaw-out party at the Brier Garden, featuring an oyster food truck, chili, and cornbread.

Throughout the event, participating restaurants will offer menus showcasing Lewisburg’s award-winning culinary scene.
