Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – A local hospital and university will get millions of federal dollars to make upgrades.
Senator Shelley Moore Capito announced today that Montgomery General Hospital will receive more than $7.5 million to renovate the interior layout.
The upgrades aim to make the hospital more accessible and improve patient care.
Concord University received $7.5 million to renovate and purchase new equipment for its Center for Rural Healthcare Workforce Solutions, which houses nursing and other healthcare programs.
