There will be countless books available for sale in various genres, from romance to sci-fi, religion to crafts, and sports to young adult, there’s something for everyone. All children’s and paperback books will be 50¢, and hard cover, DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks are $1.

For more information, you can contact the library at (304)255-0511.

All the proceeds from the bi-annual sale go to support the library and the community enjoys coming in to find a good read.

“We support the programs and the library’s purpose,” said Joan Tomasek, Treasurer at the Raleigh County Public Library. “And so for us, this past year, we bought tables, set of tables and chairs for the conference room and for something called an air handler, we paid over $8,000 to support that. This is a community function, and people are very happy to come and shop for books. It’s just a happy day for us to see the public and meet them every spring and fall.”
