Summers County, WV (WOAY) – Summers County is reminding local Airbnb and short-term rental owners that all facilities offering accommodations must have a permit and be inspected once a year.
If people don’t follow the rule and get into legal trouble, the health department will not assist.
The health department says it has learned that several short-term rentals in the county are not in compliance.
